CSV to DXF

This app Convert the CSV file to a DXF file.

Convert the CSV file in the order of point name, y (n) coordinates, x (e) coordinates, Z coordinates, and DXF files with point objects.

Switch to point name, x (e) coordinates, y (n) coordinates, Z coordinates,

If the first column is a row number, etc., you can switch whether to handle it ignoring the first column.
