Good news! The bug haunting CSR Android application on certain phones is now resolved. You can now use the application without problem.

If your subscription is still active, you can simply uninstall and reinstall the application again to ensure you have the latest version or version 3.4 (32).

However, if you purchased the application and has never worked well for you, please contact us by email at info@editionssr.com. We will exercise follow up with you with pleasure to compensate you for not employed use period.
