A mobile service request application to provide Coinmach and ASI customers and their residents the ability to submit a request for machine or laundry room service. This application uniquely allows you to use a barcode scanner to automatically input the machine ID and information.

Application Features:

• Automatically creates service dispatch, accelerating service repair time.

• Use the barcode scanner to automatically read and populate the machine ID, or manually add the machine ID number (located on machine license plate).

• Automatically identifies the type of machine needing service and the location for fast accurate routing.
