Version 1.6

It's been 2 years since the last update, so thought I'd release a new version.

I have made it somewhat more modern, fixed issues with the menu not appearing, improved the Timer feature by adding the ability to track average split times, added wingloading charts, resized the 2-way dive graphics for easier readability, and fixed some bugs on the dive input screen.
