The authentic menu is made according to the recipes of the brand-chef from Sicily, Marco Alarcon and the world-famous pizzaillo Pasqualino Barbazzo, Sicily.

In our menu are pastas, grilled dishes, salads and other dishes, as well as a wine list made by talented sommelier Alisa Fischuk, and exclusively from Italian wines.

For cooking Neapolitan pizza you can use only a wood stove and live fire. The wood oven withstands high temperature loads, inside it heated air masses circulate from the bottom up, which ensures fast and high-quality pizza preparation.

For its preparation, flour, water, salt and yeast are used. Flour, tomatoes, cheese and other ingredients are imported from Italy.
