The application provides the main study designs with the specific items that must be observed to allow a careful analysis of the confidence in the results found. In the evidence-based clinical practice model, there is a need to formulate focused and objective clinical questions to answer existing doubts in patient care. Questions may vary, depending on the aspects to be explored, and involve questioning intervention, diagnosis, prognosis, damage or risk factor. Thus, to answer each clinical question, there is a more adequate methodological study model, which should be considered when searching the available evidence.

The application also has a calculator so that the main calculations of the magnitude of the effect of the treatment or diagnostic test can be carried out, as well as associations between variables. In addition, links to the main electronic databases in the health area can still be found in the perspective presented.
