CPqD Facilita is a launcher application that offers simplicity for elderly people, with low vision, low literacy or, simply, for those who want to simplify the use of their cell phone with touchscreen.

With CPqD Facilita, people with technology difficulties can use modern cell phones with autonomy and privacy, improving their quality of life through the facilities of an increasingly digital and connected world.

ATTENTION: App tested on Android 5.x, 6.x, 7.x and 8.x. Versions 9.x and 10.x may have operating restrictions!

CPqD Facilita is a completely free and ad-free application, it has the basic functionalities of a cell phone and a package of information and entertainment functions, as well as adjustment options to make it your own.

Basic and communication functions:

          • Make and receive phone calls.

          • History of calls (missed, received and made).

          • Telephone contacts (add, remove, update and bookmark).

          • Send and receive text messages (SMS).

          • Consult the battery level and the operator's signal.

          • Consult date and time.

          • Email access (Gmail only).

Information and entertainment functions:

          • Alarm clock with voice reminder.

          • Music player (music player).

          • Weather forecast.

          • CPqD News Facilitates and main portals.

          • Location (functions “where I am”, “travel assistance” and “what's nearby”).

          • Photo camera and photo gallery.

          • Text file reader.

          • Access to other operating system applications.

Personal adjustments:

          • Configuration of speech, sounds, warnings (female or male voice, warnings, navigation, etc.).

          • Speech volume and bell.

          • Accessibility options (font size, number of buttons, user level, etc.).

          • Facilities (wireless network, bluetooth, etc.).

SUMMARY OF GESTURES (MOVEMENT WITH FINGER ON SCREEN):

   1 - Explore without removing your finger from the screen: narrates the available options.

   2 - Double touch: activates the selected option.

   3 - Right to left: advances one page of the menu.

   4 - Left to right: go back one menu page.

   5 - From bottom to top: indication of where the user is in the application.

   6 - From top to bottom: stop talking.

   7 - Movement "| _": returns to the initial menu.

   8 - Movement "_ |": returns to the previous screen.

THIS VERSION WAS ADEQUATE GOOGLE'S RECENT SECURITY AND PRIVACY POLICIES, which affected the viewing of call history, SMS's and e-mail operations.

AFTER INSTALLING THE CPqD FACILITA, IT WILL BECOME THE STANDARD INTERFACE OF YOUR MOBILE (ANDROID STANDARD LAUNCHER).

To UNINSTALL, look on the last page of the main menu for the option to DEACTIVATE CPqD REACH + (represented by an "X") and CONFIRM, soon after you will be prompted to select Android start. Select HOME (TOUCHWIZ, LAUNCHER, HOME ... depends on the manufacturer) and tap "ALWAYS" to restore your phone.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

   • Tested for Android 5.x, 6.x, 7.x and 8.x;

   • ANDROID 9.x and 10.x MAY HAVE RESTRICTIONS.

HARDWARE RECOMMENDATION (minimum):

   • Quad-core processor and 1.5 GB of RAM.
