Major update:
- Fixed drag-and-drop bug.
- Counters can have min/max values, a starting value, and an adjustable step.
- You can edit existing counters.
- You can adjust a counter's value manually.
- Sound can be clicks or speech (or off).
- You can email all counter totals as CSV data.
- 2-tap Back button prevents accidental app exit.
