This update includes bug fixes and provides the following new functions:

- You can now register tests for your family members, get test results on smartphone and request digital COVID test certificates. If the test results are positive, you cannot warn other users.
- The Corona-Warn-App has been optimized for operation with Android 12 and Material Design 3 is now supported.
