Allow the collection of data from BLE Tags outside of COREs existing BLE network

Provides customers with the ability to collect sensor data from CORE's proprietary Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tags in locations that are outside of CORE's existing Bluetooth network infrastructure. Data from CORE's BLE tags can be used by customers to analyze and monitor the location and health of important business assets and shipments. The application can run in the background, allowing the customer to continue accessing other business applications without interference.
