Intratime Conversation helps to comply with the registration of the working day

Conversia Intratime helps in a simple way to comply with the mandatory registration of the workday, because it allows you to control the hours of workers who are in the office or outside it.

Since last May 12, 2019 it is mandatory that all companies make a record of working hours of all their employees in order to ensure the mandatory compliance with Royal Decree Law 8/2019, of March 8, on urgent protection measures social and fight against job insecurity during the workday, which modifies article 34 of the Workers' Statute.

Conversia Intratime allows you to synchronize all signings with administrators, in order to visualize where the markings have been made and how many hours you have worked in real time. The process is really simple, at any time you can establish a connection to check all the data. In addition, the application allows you to see the position of each signing on Google Maps to know where each employee is working.

It does not require complicated installations, its connection works with or without internet. If you don't have internet on your phone, save the signings locally and as soon as you have an internet connection you synchronize them with the cloud. The signing of hours is fast, safe and without complications.

The application, which is intended for both companies and self-employed workers, allows for a thorough monitoring of working hours. Essentially for hourly workers: cleaning services, events, concerts, training, service sector, construction, etc.

It is not necessary to allocate time in preparing documents with the signatures of the employees, nor install expensive time control systems.
