The MEVA concrete pressure calculater allows you to utilise the formwork’s maximum load capacity fully and safely. Calculate the maximum pour speed possible with the formwork and concrete in use. Or check what concrete pressure you would exert with a selected pour speed. Benefit: All MEVA wall formwork systems have been pre­programmed with the relevant load specifications in kN/m2. You select only the wall system. You can dispatch the calculation result as an E­Mail from your smartphone.

This will help you work safely and fast when pouring slabs. It calculates the number of props per m² needed to support the slab and carry additional loads on it. It also shows when props may be overloaded, enabling you to plan workflow to avoid any dangerous risks and helps you to work out the number of props needed to support the freshly poured slab. Enter the specifications on the concrete pour required. Once the data have been processed, the display shows the number of props per m² and the load utilisation. A result in black is OK. Red means alarm!

Another benefit is that, in addition to the pour temperature TC insitu , you can also enter the average ambient temperature Tamb. Please note that knowledge of the technical specifications in the DIN 18218 is mandatory whenever applying the calculator in practice. It is not limited to MEVA formwork and can be used for formwork from other suppliers. Last but not least: the result can be e­mailed easily.
