This tool can be used by technicians, personal computer users, as well as students for educational purposes. It supports 12 languages (English, العربية, Deutsch, Français, Español, Türkçe, Indonesia, Pусский, 中文, हिंदी, Italiano, Malay).

➤How does this app work?

➊ Tap on the hardware of your interest.

➋ First symptom will be shown to you as well as "NO" and "YES" buttons below.

➌ If symptom is identical to that of your hardware's problem, tap on "YES" and you will get Cause/solutions for the problem. Otherwise, tap "NO" and you will get next symptom along with "Refresh" button.

➍ If you would like to list symptoms from the beginning, just tap on "Refresh" button to start over.

➎ If you would like to go back to hardware selection, you can simply tap on "Hardware" button located at the bottom navigation menu.
