You have access to a personal coach?

This application offers you to strengthen your ability to meet your motivation. Through notifications, receive every day a proposal to satisfy your motivation. This weekend, responding to an assessment on each of the notifications you've received. You can even leave comments or suggestions to enrich the basis of the proposed notification.

Manual :

Go to my personal coach. Select the color (type) you want to care. Then go to settings and "Enable receiving notifications" and specify the time at which you want to receive your notification.
