1.15 changes:
- Altered game simulation a fair bit, including the following changes:
- Increased home court advantage (is a function of the team's prestige)
- Made talent be less spread out, so computer teams will have more range in terms of their talent
- Changed recruiting so low prestige CPU teams can't recruit stars
