Karina specialises in peri-menopause/menopause training programs, and exercise consultancy so that you can adapt to your changing body, and embrace the differences in the way exercise can serve your goals of living your best life!

Karina is a mother first, and has been passionate about serving the women in her community for over 10years with women's training. Being a single mum, she has had the experience of juggling self-care/workouts/nutrition and mindset all while going through the stages of raising young children and working.

Karina has been ever curious and pro-active about the next change in physiology in life - peri-menopause. Many clients were presenting with symptoms in her earlier years of Personal Training, and it became her focus to learn as much as she could about this physiological change so that she could help her clients to continue achieving results, but most importantly to feel good within: Mind, body, soul - Wairua.

It is Karina's passion in life to assist and educate women through all stages and ages, so that their physiology can evolve and enhance their life - because with science and discipline it is totally possible to be achieving results and getting the best out of your body; but with the right Coaching and support it is also possible to have a positive and fulfilling relationship with yourself too.

The training programs and support is currently only available to Personal Clients of 'Karina Romala - Wellness & Wairua' . An update in future will mean Karina is accepting more online clients.
