Interim bug fix and feature release.

List of changes:
A large set of time zones for towns and cities
Drag/drop to re-order time zones
Add Swipe to delete time zones
Add UTC offset to time zone description
Indicate if zone is in daylight savings or not
Adopt daylight savings zone name if in daylight savings
Allow background colour changes
Add day name to individual zones
+ more small fixes
