Broader aim of Chhattisgarh Khadi and Village Industries Board is establishment of Khadi and Village Industries in rural areas and to provide support in the development, promotion and economic assistance and to encourage the establishment of an entrepreneur spirit of Khadi and Village Industries among the poor. Also to assist and to provide plant, machinery, equipment and raw materials for Khadi and Village Industries.

As CGKVIB is directly engaged in welfare of the rural population of Chhattisgarh, it is needless to say that effective communication and engagement with the Artisans & Beneficiaries will help them immensely.

The mobile app will help prospective beneficiaries to get right information, directly connect them to their district/block officers. Before and after loan sanctions, they can at any stage raise their concerns and with the monitoring mechanism, Head office will take action for resolution of the same.
