Long awaited update.

This update cleaned up the app a bit and added all blocks, in the order they appear in creative mode.

The planned future updates will continue to add items until all are available, all done in the order they are in creative. This means the update order would be blocks (this update), items, weapons, tools, armor, animals, plants, vehicles.

Once all items have been added, the next plan will be to allow setting your pets level, if possible.
