Centre Strength Online is a community based training system. Together, we follow a training program at our retrospective gyms. The training program is designed to build strength, create shape and increase training longevity. Throughout the program we are connected by the Centre Strength app with options to track your training sessions, nutrition integrated with My Fitness Pal and a groups chat to motivate each other and share our wins. Every single session, meal and habit you track in the app is shared with me, your Coach. Your new program is released every 6 weeks in the app, with a video explaining the focus for the program, technique and exercise substitutes.
