We have some exciting updates to our workout stats that we think you'll love!

Firstly, we've added the ability to see your workout stats and in your workout history.

Secondly, the live health metrics screen is now available on Self-Guided workouts just like Coached workout.

Lastly, for those of you who use the Watch for Coached workouts, we've added a play/pause feature to help control playback while seeing all of your health metrics.
