The Basic Statute of the Public Employee sets out the general principles applicable to all relations of public employment, starting service to citizens and the public interest, since the primary purpose of any reform in this area must be to improve the quality of services that citizens receive from the administration.

The Basic Statute of Public Employees contains what is common to all the officials of all levels of government, more specific legal rules applicable to work at your service.
