CCM is an app of Hitachi Payment Services for their Channel Managers & Engineers

CCM (Channel Cash Management) app is a mobile workflow application by Hitachi Payment Services to automate tasks involved in ATM management related to Cash Replenishment/Evacuation and machine maintenance.

CCM app allocates Cash Indents and Maintenance calls to respective stakeholders and provides respective process flow to guide them in completing the task.

The app facilitates these tasks by providing services like navigation, authentication checks, data entry and PIN generation.

CCM app shares data logs with the Operations team which can be viewed as Reports and Dashboard in its Web application
