You can get car mod for mcpe for the key to appear the cars from the creative inventory. But before you can start driving you’ll need to craft a workshop.

There are many vehicles with different features to choose from. Everyone must move around their world quickly, but horses in minecraft do not work or look good enough. That why you need cars! And Enjoy.
