CareerCare™ program promotes a healthy lifestyle, encourages early reporting of discomfort, and minimizes the impact or risk of injury or illness.

With CareerCare™, participants receive individualized guidance on how to alleviate discomfort, achieve a healthy lifestyle, prevent their workstations from hurting them, and prepare their bodies to do their work. Participants' employers should expect to see an increase in job satisfaction and a decrease in absenteeism.
