- Update Quebec tax from Nominal value to Effective value as per the change in 2013. (No difference in value whatsoever)
- Fix the crashing bug caused by comma as decimal delimiter. Devices using full stop as delimiter are unaffected.
- Fix the disappearing "Menu button" bug for handsets without a physical menu key.c
