With the Calorie Deficit App you can calculate your personal basal metabolic rate for the day based on your age, gender, height and current weight.

Depending on your professional situation, your basal metabolic rate is used to calculate your performance metabolic rate.

Set a calorie deficit that you would like to save every day in order to lose weight permanently.

Simply enter all the usual calories you consume during the day into the app. You can find these on the back of the packaging of the product you purchased under Nutritional Values.

There is also a field for sports activities to record this.

The statistics display allows you to check the progress of your weight. You will also be shown your calorie intake over time, so that if you are successful you can continue on your course or correct it if necessary.
