Calculates length and weight POS coils and coupon tax

Calculates POS reels in paper 48gramas and 55gramas, in different widths, calculates the drawn, divisions based on the width, Total Kilos of paper to use, full boxes of the application drawn (based on the width cuts) and total linear meters. Developed to facilitate manufacturing calculations, separation and machine setup for printing POS coils, point coils, chokes and tikets generally in thermal transfer paper (coupon tax or not). Easy, simple and very practical aids even in elaboraçãod and budgets and order management and of course conference in production and manufacturing.

Calculate simple enough:

1) inserting the number of coils or rolls you want to produce, for example 300;

2) inform the film of each roll, Example 40 (forty meters);

3) the width of the final coil, for example 79 or 80mm (79mm is used today for cutting optimization);

4) width of the parent reel, ie, the coil of the work to be performed;

5) select the weight of the material, for example 55g / m or thinner, usually imported 48g / m²

6) now indicates how many coils wants to place a carton;

7) click on calculate and record the results.
