We've made starting your Cairn safety notification better and more flexible. Now you can start and end your Cairn without service; the app will keep trying in the background. Additionally, you can choose to message your contacts *only* if you're overdue, and leave them a custom message in that case only. And we fixed a few bugs along the way!
