An application for people with diabetes who need medication to control their diabetes including patients with gestational diabetes used to record self-care such as recording blood glucose values, food and medicine taken at each meal, health examination results and others are factors of diabetes. The application can alert to remind medication and doctor appointments as well.

With this system, the doctor who examines the treatment able to view information that patients have recorded to help adjust the medication or provide appropriate advice for patients in a remote healthcare manner.
