1. Function:

2. Permissions required for the application:

- Camera: permissions are required to scan the QR code of the health insurance card and take pictures as an avatar.

- Internet: used to access portal to look up data.

- Receive boot completed: used to notify the expiration date of the health insurance card.

- Write file to memory card: use to export data to excel file.

- This is an application developed by individuals, the application only supports the management of health insurance cards so that you can simply look up information from the portal of Vietnam Social Insurance.

- Please read the terms of use carefully before using it. Personal information is only saved on your device, you are solely responsible for using the application.

- To look up the process of participating in social insurance, users need to have a phone number registered with the social insurance agency to receive the OTP verification code. You need to contact the social insurance agency where you pay the social insurance to update your phone number. There are 2 cases:

1. If you work at a company, ask the company's human resources department to update your phone number with the social insurance agency.

2. If you pay voluntary social insurance, submit your own updated dossier at the social insurance agency.
