Da Nang medicinal plants is a scientific work that introduces in detail and comprehensively the precious medicinal herbs of Vietnam in general and Da Nang city in particular, by a collective of scientists and doctors of the hospital. Traditional medicine in collaboration with the Pharmaceutical Association of Danang City and the Faculty of Medicinal Resources - Institute of Medicinal Materials compiled.

After two years of conducting research, summarizing results, the topic was approved by the Scientific Council of the Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang city and evaluated as excellent at the end of 2017. The results of the project are evaluated to attract the special attention of researchers, as well as physicians and readers interested in the field of traditional medicine in Vietnam. This is the first and important topic, assessing the potential and current status of medicinal plant resources in Da Nang city, contributing to supporting the authorities in the management, conservation and exploitation of medicinal plants. rationally, and at the same time develop a plan to develop medicinal resources for medical examination and treatment and economic growth for the locality.

In order to help scientists and doctors to facilitate research and treatment, especially to support more information for the community to know some useful effects from research results on medicinal plants, The Department of Science and Technology of Da Nang City collaborated with the authors to edit, edit and publish the book Da Nang Medicinal Plants. The work introduced the taste, function and use of each medicine. Thereby helping users easily apply for each of their fields. At the same time, besides each medicine, medicinal plant, the work also introduces many valuable remedies, which are combinations in the direction of ancient, modern, or experienced to treat many different diseases. In addition to an attractive and diverse introduction of medicinal plants, the book also illustrates each medicinal plant with detailed and vivid images for readers to easily visualize and recognize.
