We are creating a career ecosystem that would help the youth make informed and need-based career decisions and choices based on personal strengths, interests and preferences using a psychometric assessment tool that would lead to an outcome into either of the following:

Attaining a job or self-employment or starting an enterprise

Enrolment into higher education or into skill development program

Using mobile based applications and an intelligent technology we capture the personal preferences, career interests, needs, and personality profiles of each youth and connect them either to a job opportunity, self-employment opportunity, educational opportunity, or to a skill development program
