Physical Education, Sports and Health are an integral part of overall education. PJOK aims to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble morals, and skills needed by oneself, society, nation and state.

Education as a process of human development that lasts a lifetime, PJOK taught in schools has a very important role, namely providing opportunities for students to be directly involved in various learning experiences through selected physical, sports and health activities carried out systematically.

Providing learning experiences is directed at fostering better physical growth and psychological development, as well as establishing a healthy and fit lifestyle throughout life. Through the learning process, it is hoped that students will be skilled in movement (have a large movement vocabulary) for lifelong physical activity.

Physical activities and sports carried out at school do not mean that students are required to master certain sports and games, but rather prioritize the process of developing students' movements from time to time.

In their activities, students are brought into a happy atmosphere, so they can explore and discover things indirectly. To actualize physical education, sports and health like this, students must be used as learning subjects.

The author's hope is that this book can make a significant contribution to the development of education, especially the subjects of Physical Education, Sports and Health in Class II Elementary Schools (SD).

Hopefully this application can be useful and become a loyal friend in the teaching and learning process at all times.
