Brew Notice

* Redesigned the Login and Register screens.
* Added a section on the beer detail screen to show you all the bars where that beer is on tap.
* Added ability to choose the city you want to search in when searching for beer. Just tap the building icon in the top right and select your city. Now when you are on the road you can search within any of the Brew Notice cities without having to subscribe to it.
