* Added new ingredient type "Non-dough ingredient", which uses bakers percentage to calculate weight, HOWEVER ingredient is not expected to be in the dough and doesn't affect the dough's calculations. These ingredients appear in different color.

* Recipes with alarms on, sort to top of list.

* If recipe has non-zero loss factor, then it appears in recipe view, regardless of global setting for showing loss factors.

* New recipe German Stollen (pro version only).

* Fixed reported bugs.
