Hangboard or fingerboard training is a good way to increase your finger strength for bouldering and rock climbing. BoulderFIT is your companion on setting and accomplishing your personal training goals.

Set your training times and reps easily within seconds and dive right in, while BoulderFIT keeps track of your workouts.

Hangboards and fingerboards are not recommended for beginner climbers!
