Can I buy tickets in the app?

We are working so that very soon you can buy tickets from our app. At the moment it is not possible.

At this time you can:

- Save your tickets and have quick access to them on the day of the event.

- If your event does not have tickets with a dynamic QR code, you can download the PDF of the traditional QR code.

- Transfer tickets to your friends and family completely free and securely.

- Check the details of the event and the venue to prepare your arrival.

Why can't I see the tickets I purchased on the website?

Sometimes it takes a couple of minutes for tickets to reflect in the app. Also, you can update the app to verify that you have the most recent version.
