In the 'muscle building' world, there are certain sacred cows that are never contested. Nowhere is this more true than in the choice of 'bodybuilding exercises' for building muscle mass. Yet I've personally made some of my best 'bodybuilding gains' by going against conventional wisdom in exercise choice for 'building muscle mass.' I want to see you do the same by re-considering the common dogma on bodybuilding exercise selection. You might as well; if it were as simple as pounding out free weight squats and bench presses every week, you'd have already found your answer and you wouldn't be here looking.
