Info:

* BMI - Body Mass Index: is defined as the body weight divided by the square of the height. It is an attempt to quantify the amount of tissue mass (muscle, fat, and bone) in an individual, and then categorize that person as underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese based on that value. It provides a rough guide since the BMI doesn't take into account a persons build or the composition of the body weight.

* WHR - Waist-to-Hip Ratio: is the ratio of the circumference of the waist to that of the hips. It has been used as an indicator or measure of health, and the risk of developing serious health conditions.

* WHtR - Waist-to-Height Ratio: is defined as the waist circumference divided by the height. It measures abdominal obesity and therefore can be used as an better indicator of health risks than BMI (Body Mass Index).

* Body Fat Percentage: is defined as the weight of fat divided by the total weight. Body fat may be estimated from the body mass index by formulae derived by Deurenberg and co-workers. The formula for children is different; the relationship between BMI and BF% in children was found to differ from that in adults due to the height-related increase in BMI in children.

* Total Daily Energy Expenditure: is mainly a sum of internal heat produced (Basal Metabolic Rate estimated by Mifflin St Jeor Equation) and external work (Physical Activity Level).

* All measurements use information about your body: gender, age, height and weight.

* App is designed for people of different ages and supports for both metric and imperial.
