Lots of updates in prep for Chromecast (coming soon!)
- You can now start where you left off on an individual episode level in a given playlist
- Updated video player look on tablets.
- Android software buttons when in fullscreen video are now hidden.
- Fixed a bug where closed captions didn't work for downloaded episodes being watched offline
- Fixed bug on phones in fullscreen video player where the 2x speed in the player settings wasn't visible
