1. Connect Progress bar shows when auto connecting.
2. Fixed showing J1708 (6-pin) current gear when in reverse.
3. Gauges can be moved without single clicking them first.
4. Added Text Gauges.
5. Added Backup/Restore/Send gauges to Gauge Setup.
6. Added Templates for starting off building a custom dash.
7. Any Gauge Positions that were previously set must be re-entered.
8. Gauge Position changed to Gauge Spacing.
