Blood Pressure Super is an app that helps you keep track of your blood pressure data. Intuitive and easy to use, just log your blood pressure data obtained with a reliable blood pressure monitor, like a sphygmomanometer, or a blood pressure cuff and the app will register and show you, with help of graphics and charts, your blood pressure history.

A blood pressure chart can show you the healthy blood pressure range, or blood pressure normal range, but in general, the normal blood pressure is above 90x60 and below 120x80. A blood pressure chart by age can give more accurate readings. Causes of high blood pressure might include a diet high in salt, fat, or cholesterol; kidney and hormone problems; diabetes, family history, and lack of physical activity.
