Blackjack Strategy Trainer

- Error in strategy card fixed where a hand of 8 still showed doubling down as the best strategy when only 9/10/11 is allowed to double. (1 deck only)
- Game speed improved.
- Natural blackjack (no peek) did not beat a drawn 21 hand of the player. A dealer that has blackjack should always win.
- The strategy trainer (white pop-up) can now be clicked for more information.
