Blackjack Strategy Trainer

- Now shows when dealer checks for blackjack
- Hidden card shown when you bust or have blackjack
- Now shows when the stack is shuffled (Only if cont. shuffle is off)
- Added option to view how much of stack is left. (Turn on/off in the settings menu)
- Back button added after the first page of the main menu
- Sound added to the game. (Turn on/off in the settings menu)
- Removed option to change the table rules mid-game in quick mode since this affects the results
- Several bugs fixed
