New:
- Added information about percent completion of the translation
- Added confirmation dialog for watch face preset deletion

Fixed:
- The translation changed via phone does not work
- Pager dot indicator was not shown
- Newly installed app was not in the app list for indicators, launch bar area or quick actions after installation
- Apps were still in the app list for indicators, quick actions after uninstallation
- Time zone label was always default
- Preset thumbnail was not save
