BizkaiUp is an application from the Provincial Council of Bizkaia that allows you to access the most relevant information about Bizkaia. It has a notification service with which to stay up to date with new developments and a point of contact with Citizen Services. Now, more than ever, the activity of Bizkaia is closer to those seeking to enjoy our territory.

Access our new Citizen Service service. In this section you can make inquiries, find telephone numbers of interest and request prior appointments. Manage your previous appointments with the Provincial Council of Bizkaia from your mobile.

Our apps where you will access all the available applications that the Provincial Council of Bizkaia currently has, all the information in the palm of your hand.

New, more intuitive home and new “My Space” section where you will be able to set sections as favorites so that you can access them much faster and make access easier.
