This application contains sounds recordings of 209 bird species, most common in the territory of Northern Eurasia, including most part of Europe and Western Asia (the list of species you can found at https://ecosystema.ru/eng/apps/19manok_eu.htm).
TERRITORY OF USE
The application covers most of the territory of Europe and can be successfully used in the most part of Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, including Scandinavia, Baltic States, Balkan countries, Transcaucasia, Northern Kazakhstan and other adjacent territories.
20 EUROPEAN LANGUAGES
The app composed on 20 European languages, including English, German, French, Italian, Hellenic and Spanish. The user can choose any of these languages.
MORE THAN 1,400 BIRD VOICES RECORDINGS
For each species there are several of the most typical sounds selected - male songs, calls of males and females, calls of couples, alarm calls, aggression calls, communication signals, groups and flocks calls, juveniles calls and begging calls of juveniles and females.
FOUR RECORDING PLAYBACK OPTIONS
Each sound record can be played in four ways: 1) once, 2) in a loop without interval, 3) in a loop with an interval of 10 seconds, and 4) all species records in a loop with an interval of 10 seconds.
IN-APP PURCHASES
The main functions of the application are free - for each bird species, you can view its image and text description and add species to Favorites, as well as play a free recording of its voice (a recording called "Sample"). Paid functions provide access to additional color images, as well as extended voice recordings - for each bird species there are 6 different types of sounds, as well as the ability to play each of the recordings in four different ways. You can buy all bird species (the "All Birds" group, $12.00), as well as any of the systematic or ecological groups ($2.50) of birds.
THE VOICES OF BIRDS CAN BE PLAYED IN NATURE!
You can use it to attract birds during excursions directly in the wild, to attract a bird and study it carefully, take a picture or show it to the tourists or students!
PROTECT BIRDS FROM STRESS!
Do not use the app to play voices for a long time, this can disturb them, especially during the nesting period. Play recordings to attract birds for no longer than 1-3 minutes! If birds show aggression, stop playing the recordings.
ALL BIRDS ARE DIVIDED INTO 14 GROUPS
Galliformes (12 species), Swans and Geese (15), River ducks (12), Sea and Diving Ducks (17), Shorebirds & Waders (19), Birds of Prey (17), Gruiformes (13), Gulls and Terns (14), Owls (13), Urban Birds (14), Garden Birds (17), Forest Birds (19), Meadow Birds (12) and Wintering Birds (15).
PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS
For each species, a several photos of the bird in nature (male, female or immature, bird in flight) and distribution maps are given, as well as a text description of the appearance, behavior, features of reproduction and feeding, distribution and migrations.
WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET
The application can be used for ornithological excursions, forest walks, hikes, country houses, expeditions, hunting or fishing.
CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO THE MEMORY CARD (after installing the app).
