This app is designed for BIGFIX Technician.

Bigfix Technician is a state of art App based solution to empower and engage blue collar technicians to perform repair/ installation activities.

Technicians can use this app to onboard themselves to our platform. Once approved, they can mark attendance, receive job assignments and proceed to execute the task assigned to them.

Our App provides job description along with location details. Technicians can update the job status and share thier location on Map. They can also request for parts right from the app, which saves time and the information is available real-time to manages from any location.

With an eye towards automation, our solution improves better workflow management between customer, repair partner & blue collar technician.

Note: Bigfix Technicians are verified and approved by the company based on various parameters.
