BiBook is a digital publisher run by an experienced Malian team which includes recognized and often published writers, talented young computer scientists, and very active network leaders in the cultural field. Their main objective is the development of reading and writing in an Africa which until now reads little. Part of BiBook's activity is commercial: publishing and sale of digital works. But a significant part is non-commercial with the provision of many texts free of charge.
